    Starting November 3 - next Monday - Business Registrations and opening new accounts (e.g. payroll) will be required to be done online. Read further, though - some registrations can't be done online and will still require calling CRA or registering on paper.  CRA does not state whether registrations that can "only" be done online can also be done on paper.
